Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I'd used another service (that with a L with an E in the middle and ends with an N) who showed up late and turned a minor valve replacement into a major issue by breaking the PVC pipe in the wall. Then left, because they didn't have the tools to address the issue, which then left me without running water overnight. I cancelled them and called Pumphrey.
Plumbers from Pumphrey Plumbing showed up early and were able to fix the issue in less than an hour for less that what was originally quoted for the valve replacement. Amazing service and a great value for the money. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of Professional Plumbing services.

Ok...so this company did not repair an issue I had. However, my neighbor had a leak that made a small fountain in my yard. After polling our neighborhood Facebook group for a reputable plumber, Pumphrey Plumbing came up over and over. I told my neighbor about them and they were out immediately. They kept my family and the neighbor updated as they turned our water off too. Extremely professional and they worked their butts off over a holiday, in the freezing cold with mud and water everywhere!

I recommend Pumphrey to anyone who asks. Jack and his team are always on-time, friendly and honest. I have used them for several projects including a large-scale French drain re-routing that has held up beautifully, and various leaks/pipe/faucet replacement projects. He is knowledgeable and very realistic about his approach to finding solutions. Since purchasing an older home, I have dealt with many contractors. Pumphrey sets the standard. 60/10 recommend.
